Peggy Jean Jones

Peggy Jean Williams Jones was born February 22 1942 to Mary Ann Davis and Joe Williams.  Peggy graduated from McFarland High School and later earned an Associate Degree from Tyler Junior College.  Peggy was employed by American Recreation until her retirement.  Peggy confessed and believed in Christ at an early age and was baptized at St. Paul Baptist Chruch where she remained a member.

Peggy is preceded in death by both of her parents Mary Ann Davis and Joe Williams; two brothers Earnest E. Buckner and Lawrence M. Williams; and one son Michael S. Williams.

She leaves to cherish her memory one son Sidney E. Jones;  one daughter Claressa Jones Turman;  one brother James L. Williams (Neva);  a Special Friend Curtis Acy; eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
