Marvin (Joe) Blaylock was born April 16, 1943 to John Blaylock and Ada Jackson. Marvin lived in Mineola, Texas where he served as a Brick layer, General Contractor and a Rancher until his health fell. On August 23, 2017 Marvin died leaving a host of Family, and Friends to cherish his memories.
