George Lavane Lampkin Jr.

George LaVenn Lampkin Jr., was born November 23,1978 in Compton, California to Toyia McClendon and George Lampkin, Sr. George grew up in Upland, California where he managed to touch every person, he encountered. His charisma was unmatched. And his infectious laugh is what he will be remembered by. He was a gentle giant and you could always count on him to make your day. His sense of humor was out of this world, and whether he was cracking jokes or being serious, you were guaranteed to smile when you were in his presence. To know him was to love him. And he knew he was loved.

George is survived by his parents Toyia McClendon (Columbus, OH), and George Lampkins Sr.. (Tyler, TX). Stepfather David Ellis (Chino Hills),  Three children: GeorAliscea Lampkin (Tyler,TX), LaJoi Lampkin (Moreno Valley,CA), and Jordan McCoullum,(Philadelpia, PA), His life partner of 25 years Lisa A. Ware,(Moreno Valley). Five Sisters: Kenielle Arnold (San Antonio, TX); LaToyia Osbourne (Columbus,OH); Taqueta Crockett, Mieshia Sanders and Georgia Lampkin (Tyler,TX). Two brothers: Adrian Akins, and Hennessy Lampkin, (Tyler,TX).

Stepchildren Marquis Gower, Porcha Ware, Terri Covington, and Tierra Covington (Moreno Valley). Uncles: William Edwards McClendon and Richard Chavis (Moreno Valley); David and Vincent Lampkin,( Las Vegas, NV), Aunt Charmel Chavis, (Columbus, OH). Three nephews, Six nieces, Seven grandchildren and host of family and friends.
