Anthony Ray Griffin

Anthony Ray Griffin (aka) “Skeeter” was  born , January 10, 1969              

in Dallas, Texas to Gwendolyn and James Griffin.  Anthony was                       

raised in Compton California , with his brother  James.                                     

Anthony was baptized at Lil Zion Missionary Baptist Church in                               

Compton,CA.  He was a member of  St. Paul Missionary                                     

Baptist Church.  Anthony was a man of Integrity and Strength                              

with  strong family values, and he loved with his whole heart. He                                                                         

was a God fearing man.                                                                                                                                                                    

On  March 22, 2020 , he was called home by our Heavenly father.                       

Anthony and his wife of Twenty-one years moved to Mineola in                              

May of 2019. He was a Certified  Fork lift operator, and was                                

currently working as a cook at Uncle Bubba’s in Mineola.

He  had a deep love and passion for  his cars, he would build

them from the ground up.

He Leaves to cherish his  memories Wife, Rukisha  Griffin,

Mother Gwendolyn Griffin, Children: AJ, Keann, Toya, Timell,

Kemiah, Lil Tony , Jamie. Kevin and Noah. Grandchildren:

Kalani, Promise, Trinity, Jermiah, Antonio Jr., Brothers, James,

and Davontae. Sister : Melissa,  Aunt Faye , nephew : Derrik ,

Two cousins he considered brothers Christopher and Eric

Willis. A host of cousins, nephews , nieces,  Aunts and Uncles.
