Miland Henry

Miland Henry was born on Wednesday, February 26,1941 in Mineola, Texas, to the parentage of Cartee and Josiephine Henry.

He joined church at an early age. Miland attended Addie E. McFarland High, and in the fall of 1959, he enlisted in the United States Army. Serving one tour in the Republic of Panama. After serving our country, he returned home to Mineola, TX, to marry, and start a family. He was a father, grandfather, brother, uncle and a friend.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and other relatives. God called Miland home, Tuesday, July 27, 2021 in Dallas, TX. Although our hearts may not have been ready for him to leave. His earthly job has now been complete.

Those left to cherish his memories three daughters: Carlotta Mays(Keith), Donna Henry(Norman) both of Terrell, TX; Rebecca Henry, Mineola, TX;

two grandsons: Warren Mays, and Cameron Caraway, of Terrell, TX; one sister: Bettye Mills (Rufus), two nieces: Tonya Mills, and Brenda Mills-Lewis(Vincent), one nephew:

Godwin Mills, all of Sacramento, CA;. A host of cousins and friends.
